David graduated college in 2014 from Bethlehem College & Seminary in Minneapolis, Minnesota with a trajectory to pursue a life in church ministry. Upon graduation, however, an unexpected door opened, and David began his career in sales at a family-owned wooden pallet recycler and manufacturer.  

In 2017, David moved back home to Boston as a native New Englander and began his venture into commercial real estate. After only a few short years of learning the industry, David earned the CoStar Power Broker award for industrial leasing in 2020 and 2021 representing landlords and users with transactions involving companies like Amazon.com Logistics, United Rentals, Sunbelt Rentals, FW Webb Company, Granite City Electric, Turtle & Hughes, Unified Global Packaging Group², Polar Beverage, among others. Early success in the business and support from clients and friends in the industry led him to move on to the next chapter of his career. 

In 2023, David founded Prescott with the aim of building a company operated with the values of Honor, Purpose, Generosity, and Joy. Prescott focuses on transactions in the industrial, warehousing, distribution, and IOS (Industrial Outdoor Storage) product types.  

David's approach is characterized by a blend of strategic insight and a deep commitment to client satisfaction, making him a trusted advisor in the commercial real estate landscape. His foresight and dedication have been instrumental in shaping Prescott into a leading firm known for its integrity, expertise, and results-driven approach.

Vin's remarkable career spans over a quarter of a century, marked by his influential tenure as Chief Operating Officer at J.C. Cannistraro, one of Boston’s leading mechanical contractors. During his time there, Vin was instrumental in steering the company through numerous high-profile projects, leaving an indelible mark on landmarks such as Gillette Stadium, Boston Convention Center, and Boston Medical Center, to name a few. His strategic leadership and operational acumen played a pivotal role in the successful execution of these landmark developments, cementing his reputation as a key figure in the industry. 

In 2016, Vin embarked on a new chapter in his professional journey, shifting his focus to the realm of real estate brokerage. His transition was marked by a three-year period leading a boutique firm in Arlington, where he honed his expertise in the real estate combined with real estate law. This experience paved the way for his next significant venture: joining the founding team of Prescott. 

At Prescott, Vin brings a wealth of knowledge and a unique perspective, shaped by his extensive background in both contracting and real estate. His understanding of the industry's nuances, combined with a strategic approach to brokerage, makes him an invaluable asset to the team and clients alike. Ellen is a graduate of The University of Pennsylvania with a background in institutional financial research at Greenwich Associates and securities brokerage at Gruntal & Company. She brings a global perspective to the commercial brokerage industry having spent fifteen years in Hong Kong and Singapore. Ellen began her real estate brokerage career in 2005 and has transacted in numerous New England states and represented large industrial clients, a few of whom are: Methuen Construction, Lilly’s Pasta, EquipmentShare, Zoll Medical, Lynnway Auto Auction, Impact Church, and many others! 

Devon Wagner’s BiographyRaised in Ashburnham, MA, Devon Wagner entered the world of commercial real estate in 2022 after 5 years in the construction industry. Since Devon made the transition to commercial real estate, he has exhibited a vigorous work ethic, attention to detail, and persistence in communication.
