The Prescott Story
Founded in 2023, Prescott was founded by the legacy inspired by a Revolutionary War hero named Dr. Samuel Prescot. Dr. Prescot met Paul Revere in the early hours of the morning of April 19, 1775. Revere was on a mission to declare to the local people of Concord and Lexington, Massachusetts the message: “The British are coming!” Dr. Prescot was the trusted local family advisor, and he knew that Revere’s message would be met with skepticism, and the townspeople might not listen. Because of this, Dr. Prescot took the mission upon himself to address the townspeople in a way that caused them to respond with alacrity to the warning message. The people responded swiftly and decisively, mobilizing the militia against the British and keeping the American forces from being taken out before the war began.
Here at Prescott, our advisors operate with the same spirit of our namesake, Dr. Samuel Prescot. Our business philosophy aligns with the values of Honor, Purpose, Generosity, and Joy. These principles guide our interactions with clients, customers, and fellow real estate professionals. We ensure that our practice and endeavors adhere to the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors® (SIOR) Code of Ethical Principles.
